Shipping AI Chips to China Would Be a 'Big Mistake,' Anthropic CEO Says

Anthropic Chief Executive Officer and co-founder Dario Amodei says the US embargo on chip sales to Beijing is what is holding Chinese companies back. "I think it would be a big mistake to ship these chips," he tells Bloomberg Editor-in-Chief John Micklethwait during a discussion at Bloomberg House on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum's annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
